Daily Journal February 20, 1998, William Thomas Thompson. Now if there are 77 minerals that are needed in our bodies daily for life and good health and they all are in the food we eat, some in only trace quantities, and if these are absorbed into plants to be absorbed into our bodies as into our blood, then this tells us something about how to eat and what to eat as priority foods. If there be only 12 vitamins that build our bodies, then we know what they are and how to deal with them. Vitamin D as from sunshine in milk. Vitamin C as in citrus fruit, strawberries and tomatoes. Vitamin B or the family of B’s from 1-12 as in beans and beef. Vitamin A as in carrots and other yellow vegetables for our eyes and coming from fish liver oils. Vitamin K for blood clotting coming from the leafy green vegetables. Vitamin E from grains for muscles, red blood cells, liver and brain. I am afraid to take too much of any one vitamin supplement. The one they say is okay is vitamin C. I think it’s hard to get too much from fruits in the natural form. I do eat bread such as canned biscuit but try to avoid loaf bread because of sugar and maybe preservatives added. I try to avoid all processed foods like the chocolate covered moon pie but when I am really hungry, one with sweet milk taste so good. I am not at all hooked on this or any taste like for example, I love peanut butter and Ritz crackers but both have sugar. It takes courage and good planning to avoid a weak moment to eat out of school if its available. I refuse to buy it anymore in the grocery store. Corn is a must so I eat it on the cob when possible although one fast food puts sugar in the cooking water. I choose to live and will avoid sugar at all cost. Much of what we eat turns to sugar. I pray for will power to give up coffee and apple pie. My last weakness was today at S&S Cafeteria when I ate alone and had that golden brown apple pie with coffee. The cinnamon odor is out of this world and it’s baked to perfection with perfect apple taste. No other place in the entire world can match, I’ve been there. The food puzzle is a struggle to survive. My food for today and yesterday is chicken livers although I will not recommend them because they are fried and because I am getting off chicken and all meats in respect for the 20 million plus animals that are killed daily to satisfy America’s appetite for meat. The second food is garlic with its many curing values. I could just say vegetables and save time. Remember however, that most store bought produce has insecticides sprayed onto them. The health food stores have poison free if you can trust them to be. I consider protein powder by GNC to be dangerous. Dear Lord, May I never am too busy to pray. May my affection be on thee this day in worship and in praise? Grant wisdom and know- ledge to me and to thy people all over. May my hands be anointed with the Holy Spirit, my lips, my eyes and ears also? Put a song in my heart of praise unto thee O Lord. Give grace to overcome all trials in life and to be found faithful and true to thee O Lord. Restore unto me the joy of my salvation in the Holy Spirit of God almighty in Heaven and on earth. Make me to love the lost souls. Make me not rich in money but in Spirit, thy Holy Spirit. Malachi4-1,"For the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: And the day that cometh shall burn them up, sayeth the Lord of Hosts. "All twice to band late term abortions and Bill Clinton twice vetoed them, I thought that after the election he would sign the 2nd but he did not. Has America gone crazy? All abortion is murder, everyone regardless of term. Bill Clinton, where are you tonight? Can you hear the cries of all those babies whose blood is emitting sounds from the earth for vengeance on a nation gone mad without sane people in congress or our courts. Do you ever think Mr.President that a power much stronger than the republicans may remove you from office and deal with your soul?
